Aiken Electric’s Draft Bank automatically drafts your checking account each month for the amount of your electric bill. You’ll still get a monthly statement showing how much electricity you used and how much it costs. Application Form

Credit Card Draft

Aiken Electric’s Credit Card Draft automatically drafts your Visa or Master Card account each month for the amount of your electric bill. You’ll still get a monthly statement showing how much electricity you used and the costs.

Auto-Pay

One time set up that allows you to automatically charge payment to a credit card account or subtract from your checking or savings account on the same day every month or on your due date. To sign up, access your account by selecting the Payments tab. Account must have a zero balance at time of registration.

For your convenience Aiken Electric Cooperative accepts Master Card, Visa, and Electronic Check payments via our automated payment system. Our automated payment system can be accessed 24h a day at 803-649-6245 (Profile must be previously set up for use).

CheckOut

A fast and convenient way to pay your bill while checking out at participating retailers near you. Qualifying locations include Dollar General, Family Dollar and CVS Pharmacy. This service only accept cash payments and a $1.50 convenience fee will be charged at the time of payment. Download your bar code.

Pay By Net Options

Please visit the Pay By Net under the “Manage Account” tab at www.aikenco-op.org to access your account, pay your bill, and obtain information on Aiken Electric Cooperative programs and policies.

Prepay Option

A prepay account is set up so the member pays in advance of using electricity. Current members pay no disconnect or reconnect fees. With the prepay account, new members are allowed to begin service without paying a deposit. Members make small payments with increased frequency.

Account Programs
E Billing:

With E-Billing, you’ll get an email each month telling you your latest statement has been posted. You will continue to receive special announcements and other information about Aiken Electric’s programs and services. From the member portal, you can pay your electric bills by using your credit card or bank account number and routing number. You can also view your account history online.

Levelized Billing

Levelized Billing is available to Cooperative members who wish to be able to budget in advance for their utility bills. Levelized billing uses a rolling average of your electric bill for the most recent 12 months. Click here for more information.

Go Green, Save Green

Receive a $1 bill credit for 12 months when you use both E-billing and Bank Draft to pay your electric bill.
