Refundable damage deposit fee: $150
• Monday – Thursday rental: a non-refundable user fee of $150 per day
• Friday – Sunday rental: a non-refundable user fee of $250 per day
• Rental fee for commercial users is an additional $200 per day and is due upon submission of this agreement.

Rentals can be made up-to six months in advance
