We know that one of the things you may find to be the most important each year is the Annual Meeting. We hope you’re making plans to drive through on May 14 and 15 to receive your $20 bill credit.

Also at the top of our list is keeping costs down and implementing technologies to better our communities and services. High-speed internet is one of the most recent technological benefits that our members will get to experience. We’re continuing to build our network’s foundation and are still on schedule to offer our TriCity members service this summer. Join the list at to receive alerts when service is ready in your area.

We also launched our new Smart Thermostat program April 1. Members can receive a free ecobee smart thermostat with Alexa voice capabilities. Taking advantage of this program allows you the convenience of controlling your home’s temperature from your mobile device and tracking your energy usage. Give us a call to sign up.

Another benefit we’re always excited to remind you of is our Live Outage Map. During storms and other outages, members can keep track of the restoration process. You’ll learn more about this benefit and additional valuable information about outages in our Living in South Carolina magazine.
