Service Charge: $1.25 per day
Energy Charge:
All on-peak kWh 20.0375 cents per kWh

POWER FACTOR ADJUSTMENT
The consumer agrees to maintain unity power factor as nearly as practicable. Billing charges will be adjusted to correct for average power factors during operation lower than 85% as follows:
Measured kW demand will be increased 1% for each 1% by which the average power factor is less than 85%. The actual measured kW demand value will be subtracted from this adjusted kW value and the remaining kW will then be multiplied by $12.00. The result of this calculation will be added to the monthly bill.

The Cooperative reserves the right to redefine power factor thresholds and adjustment factors as with any other charges associated with the rate.
