Advance Pay allows members to pay in advance of using electricity
Program Description:
A prepay account allows members to pay in advance of using electricity. Advance Pay members pay no disconnect or reconnect fees. With the prepay account, new members are allowed to begin service without paying a deposit. Members can make small payments with increased frequency.

- Possibility to automatically pay on account by using threshold limit.
