THREE-PHASE ELECTRIC SERVICE
SCHEDULE "B"


Effective on Bills Rendered on or After January 1, 2024.


AVAILABILITY
Available to any consumer of the Cooperative located where supply lines are available for three-phase service requiring 50 kVA or less of installed transformer capacity.

CHARACTER OF SERVICE
The type of service rendered under this schedule shall be alternating current, 60 cycle, three-phase at available voltages.

RATE
Service Charge: $ 1.25 per day

POWER COST ADJUSTMENT CLAUSE

The above rates shall be adjusted in accordance with Schedule PCA.


MINIMUM MONTHLY BILL
The minimum monthly charge for service rendered under this schedule shall be $ 1.25 per day where 15 kVA of transformer capacity or less is required. For consumers requiring in excess of 15 kVA of installed transformer capacity, the above minimum charge may be increased by $.75 for each kVA or fraction thereof above 15 kVA which is applied by the Cooperative.

MINIMUM ANNUAL CHARGES FOR SEASONAL SERVICE
Consumers requiring service for not more than nine months per year may guarantee a minimum annual payment of twelve times the minimum monthly charge determined in accordance with the foregoing section, in which case there shall be no minimum monthly charge.

TEMPORARY SERVICE
Temporary service shall be supplied in accordance with the foregoing rate. Bills will not be prorated for a fractional part of a month. The consumer shall, in addition, pay the total cost of connecting and disconnecting service less the value of materials returned to stock. The Cooperative may require a deposit, in advance, of the full amount of the estimated bill for service including the cost of connection and disconnection.


CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
A. In general, motors having a rated capacity in excess of ten horsepower (10 HP) must be three-phase.
B. In those cases where it is necessary to extend or reinforce distribution lines, service will be furnished only under the following conditions.
1. The consumer shall give satisfactory assurance supported by a written agreement as to the character, amount, and duration of the business offered, which shall be at least five (5) years.
2. The consumer shall guarantee a minimum annual revenue of not less than 18% of the estimated additional investment required to extend service, which shall include the additional cost of meters, transformers, and any additions to or alterations of lines and equipment necessary to make service available. Minimum charges for service shall be based on additional investment only when this results in greater charges than those based on the kVA of installed transformer capacity. In all other cases the minimum charges shall be based on kVA of transformer capacity as herein before provided.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
The above rates are net. Bills are due when rendered and past due if not paid within 20 days of the billing date.
